The lightness of life II

Hello everybody.

Yesterday I presented you two looks with a pink skirt which I like very much.

Today I show you how I evolved the look with this skirt and especially how I transformed it by intervening plastically on.

The first proposition is the mix of everything I love and that I am.
A hint of men’s detail with my woolen boater, a top in wax with the dominant color the same pink as the skirt, a vintage leather bag and small accessories that blend into the outfit.

It’s a cute outfit with a bit of unexpected and originality.

The last version of the looks with the pink skirt is imprint of my artist side.

As I tire of the objects and I still need to transform things, I decided to intervene on this skirt.
Working on the fabric I modified its color on certain part to bring something more interesting and more original to this skirt. I discolored small parts to create a pink shade as if a constellation of pink stars had seized the skirt.

The piece becomes a little more playful, disconcerting and it gives the cachet to the general look.

What I wanted above all was to break that girly and clean side that bothered me and express a certain freedom. Girly agreed but don’t overdo it either.

I have an idea of an upcoming look that I will make with this skirt and I look forward to showing it to you.

For the looks I adopted the same principles as for the article of yesterday.

First I reactivated the masculine / feminine look by bringing an original touch with this tie made with a fall of a wax fabric that you have already seen here Pictures by Nafissath Abdoulaye.

Then to finish again I played again on the camaïeu with this burgundy top sewn with a milano fabric purchased from Myrtille. I especially like this top that I sewed for Jordane who wears it beautifully and by period I see it a little too often for my taste.

This is how I try to express a certain lightness of life with pink.

I hope the outfits you liked.

Which one do you like the most?

Have a great day and  je vous embrasse.

See you very soon.
